Driftwood Teak
Quality handmade wooden ballpoint twist pen handmade in Driftwood Teak found by myself on Wembury beech in the winter of 2016/17. The pen features Gun metal and Gold coloured fittings which perfectly compliment the wood.
The pen accepts standard Parker® type refills which are widely available in a number of ink types. It will be shipped in the case pictured, along with a small certificate giving details of the wood. Please note each pen will vary slightly as no two pieces of wood are quite the same.
This is a beautiful handmade quality pen, the comfortable shape in the hand is complemented by the wonderful natural feel and warmth of the wood with a traditional wax finish.
All pens are handmade by me beginning with rough cut woods for the body. The body of the pen is turned on a lathe to the final shape as seen on each pen. The body is then sanded, sealed, waxed and polished to its final finish. Assembly is completed by using pre-made high quality pen components for long lasting performance.
