Dyed Sycamore razor handle
This is a Razor handle designed to fit Gillett Fusion® blades(not included). The fittings for the handle are Gun metal coloured and complement the dyed Sycamore perfectly.
The wood on the handle is Sycamore that has been dyed pink and blue. The tree the wood is from grew in the carpark area at Saltram house, Plymouth, Devon. The wood has been stabilised with resin to ensure a long life and durability around water.
All handles are handmade by me beginning with rough cut woods for the body. The body is turned on a lathe to the final shape as seen. The body is then sanded, sealed, waxed and polished to its final finish. Assembly is completed by using pre-made high quality components for long lasting performance.
