Cork Oak razor handle
This is a Razor handle designed to fit Gillett® Fusion® blades(not included). The fittings for the handle are gunmetal coloured and complement the Cork Oak wood perfectly.
As the wood is very spalted I have stabilized it with resin under vacuum to ensure it does not break down over time. As well as making the wood waterproof it adds strength to the wood and ensures a long life without detracting from the amazing character nature provided.
All handles are handmade by me beginning with rough cut woods for the body. The body is turned on a lathe to the final shape as seen. The body is then sanded, sealed, waxed and polished to its final finish. Assembly is completed by using pre-made high quality components for long lasting performance.
